Guelph - Gummer Building

Historical Building - Light Commerical. 

 

On Easter weekend in April 2007, The Gummer Building, along with the neighbouring Victoria Building and The Stewart Drugs Building (all circa 1850-75), suffered extreme damage from a devastating fire. The three buildings have since been purchased and have been restored and redeveloped into a modern, eco-sensitive commercial and residential complex. The Gummer Building officially reopened in early October 2013
